Jessica Jean-Benoit,
Resource and Referral Specialist
Jessica
Jean-Benoit is a Resource and Referral Specialist with MCPAP for Moms.
Jessica brings 13 years of experience helping individuals navigate
their search for resources and connecting them with the best fit. She
has worked in a variety of environments including residential programs
and hospitals and is passionate about helping others through tough
times. She believes her true calling is the field of mental health, in
which she discovered while at Quincy College in their nursing program.
She hopes to continue her education and receive a degree in psychology
in the future. Jessica brings a wealth of experience empowering and
uplifting individuals and is excited to continue this work with MCPAP
for Moms. Jessica is also fluent in Haitian, Creole, and French.

Gina Gallagher, M.Ed.,
LACD I, PMH-C
SUD Project Manager
Gina
Gallagher received her master’s in counseling psychology from UMASS
Boston and is a Level I Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LACD). She
brings over 25 years’ experience providing direct treatment to
individuals with substance use needs and has managed a variety of SUD
treatment programs including acute treatment services/detox,
post-detox, outpatient programs. Most recently, she managed a bridge
clinic at Boston Medical Center providing medication for addiction
treatment (MAT) for patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders.
Gina is a strong advocate supporting women in their quest for recovery
and has volunteered as a Cuddler for newborns with Neonatal Opioid
Withdrawal Syndrome (NOWS). She has completed Postpartum Support
International’s evidence-based training program in perinatal mood and
anxiety disorders, in addition to their advanced training in perinatal
psychotherapy and is certified in perinatal mental health. Gina is
co-chair of MCPAP for Moms Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee
which was formed to help meet our racial equity goals.

Danielle Ryan,
BSW
Resource and Referral Specialist
Danielle Ryan is a Resource and Referral Specialist with MCPAP for
Moms. Danielle brings over 8 years of experience in mental health and
experience with helping connect people to resources. She is passionate
about Women's Health and continues to advocate for new mothers. She
holds a Bachelors of Social Work from Bridgewater State University and
graduated Summa Cum Laude. Danielle hopes to continue her education
with a Masters in Public Health so that she can help study the
epidemiology of perinatal women. Her recent journey on being a mom of
three younger children has added to her passion to empower and advocate
for new moms. Danielle brings a wealth of experience of helping people
as a Behavioral Health Coach and is trained in Motivational
Interviewing and Behavioral Activation. In her spare time, she enjoys
going on adventures with her family and is a huge book nerd. She is
excited to continue to help people navigate resources with her work
with MCPAP For Moms.

Parvena Baldeo
Program Coordinator
Parvena Baldeo is a Program Coordinator with MCPAP and MCPAP for Moms. Parvena has over 9 years of experience in program development, resource management and mental health. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Parvena brings a lot of experience as a Behavioral Health Coach and is trained in Motivational Interviewing and Behavioral Activation. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones. She is excited to continue to help enhance MCPAP and MCPAP for Moms programs.
